Our Fun Filled Wedding Reception Packages

You will have two well groomed and formally attired, distinguishly looking or as you wish, DJs  for your wedding reception.

On average, a DJ will invest not just those hours of entertainment for your special day, but more than 15 hours are dedicated in preparing for and concluding your wedding reception. This is all in an effort to avoid any mishaps that would impede the smooth flow of events during your wedding day entertainment. We will work closely with you, the hall staff and the photographers to help provide a worry free event.

We will also provide you with a music play list. This is a huge play list of the most popular requested oldies music which I am sure will satisfy all. Naturally, we have the top 40 hip hop and R&B. And, we welcome any special cds that you might have and want us to play for you. 

In addition, we offer a complimentary one hour meeting with you and your bride/groom at the venue to learn more about you and your needs for this most important day of your lives, and to preview the location as well; ie, ceiling at this venue high or low, DJ system placement, access, etc?

This meeting is greatly appreciated because we all garner a greater insight and understanding of your needs. This meeting could also result in a better rate for you.

Wedding Reception Packages

With either selection, you are still guarantied to have fun. The DJ System and or lighting may be augmented as well. You may add more speakers, more lights, fog, etc.

One Disc Jockey,  Limited Introductions, ( Wedding Party introduced as a Group, Bride and Groom, Special Dance, Cake Cutting Ceremony). Reception Hall and Photographer coordination, DJs follow up and maintained contact with clients in the event of changes. Equipment includes; A Two Point DJ system, Lighting Effects ( 2 lamp, Mirror Ball Tripod, Floor Lamp).

Misc; Wedding Planners' Checklist and Music Play list, Return Addressed Envelope.

Based on  four hours Playtime plus Setup and breakdown Time. Two Disc Jockeys, Formal Attire, Master O’ Ceremony,  Reception Hall and Photographer coordination, DJs follow up and maintained contact with clients in the event of changes and to ease any concerns.   Also includes, if necessary, one hour rehearsal time. This hour begins either upon the DJ’s arrival or at the appointed time. Which ever is the latter.

Additional time will be in fifteen minute increments @ $ 100. per hr.

Equipment includes; A Two Point DJ system,  Lighting Effects (2 lamp, Mirror Ball Tripod, Floor Lamp).

Misc; Wedding Planners' Checklist and Music Play list, Return Addressed Envelope.

Unlimited e-mail and phone correspondence to help with any planning concerns.

This package, together with the first package, includes a limited complement of music soundtracks,   over 15,000 tracks of music to choose from, with  soundtrack player and 2 wireless microphones. Pre-selected signers numbering eight, and pre-selected songs  (two songs per person), are preferred and the singers must know their songs, and one hour to audition singers. Your friends will now be a significant part of your big day and it's lots of fun. The bride and/ or groom may decide otherwise, to have all their friends join in  on the act (an additional cost of $150.00, for an entire karaoke  catalog and all connecting cables, will be incurred). Also included is an additional one hour and an augmented DJ System. This means that you will now have five hours and a Four Point System with music all around, like the big stage.

With this package, in conjunction with the first package, Mr. and Mrs. will have the elegant music of a Jazz Trio to greet them and their guests as they enter the reception hall and during the cocktail hour. A fifth hour applies here as well.

This package is the whole nine yards for your six hour wedding reception. The Jazz Trio for the Cocktail Hour and then in the latter part of the evening we kick it up with some of your  friends entertaining you in their own special way. Also included is a free DJ System upgrade. From a two point to a Four Point System.
